Meet Brad and Chase-
Your Partners in Simplicity
Owners Brad Hathorn and Chase Hathorn founded Hathorn Concrete in March 2024. They started with an idea and then found a spot of dirt beside highway 412 in Springdale to bring that idea to fruition. When asked where they got the idea for this business, they have an answer based on personal experience. In their words, "As a small contractor we have experienced long delays and high prices on small amounts of concrete needed to do a small job. When you call one of the large suppliers and tell them you need a yard of concrete, nine times out of ten, they will tell you, 'Sorry. We can't help you.' If those large suppliers are willing to help you, it may be over a month of waiting and your order will have a five yard minimum surcharge. Small businesses and consumers can't afford those up-charges in these challenging times."
​Our main product is, and will continue to be, concrete sold in small batches that is affordable. We have a selection of products to buy or rent making us a one-stop-shop for every project you do. We also offer, for rent, a variety of equipment geared toward those same projects.

As a father/son partnership, Brad and Chase are providing combined experience, combined manpower, and combined ideas in order to make your construction projects simple and easy. Every single client of Hathorn Concrete will benefit from a relationship refined over 20 years, a joint mindset for their business operations, but with different ideas to bring to the table.

With Brad running his own construction businesses since 1990 and Chase joining him soon after, clients can expect the performance and expertise of over 50 years combined experience in a variety of sectors.
